41. Stay healthy, treat your body like a temple.

42. Remember that the past is dead and gone, the future is uncertain, it is only this very moment that counts.

43. Make an effort to bring new people into your life. Meet people with similar interests to yourself.

46. Get rid of clutter by using the three box systems! Using 3 boxes, label them “keep”, “not sure” and “throw away”. Once you have placed your clutter in the appropriate boxes throw away the “throw away” box, carefully store the “keep” box, tape up the “not sure box” and put it somewhere safe. If you have not opened it within two months, throw it away!

47. Look at your challenges as opportunities for growth.

48. Allow yourself to be yourself, don’t put on airs and graces or pretend to be who you are not.

49. Do not allow yourself to be drawn into negative conversations. Do not talk negatively about others.

50. Write down all the things that make you unhappy. Writing them down will help you identify them. Once you have identified them all, you can start to get rid of them.
